About Us

My name is Levi Lafferty, and I’m the proud owner of Lafferty Labs PCs. My journey into the world of technology began when I pursued a degree in computer electronic engineering from 2009 to 2012 in Baltimore, MD. During that time, I balanced my studies with part-time work at Toyota and delivering pizzas at night.

In 2012, my wife, Courtney (who affectionately goes by TacoTuesday), and I were expecting our first child. The prospect of becoming a father fueled my determination to provide for my growing family. I approached my manager at Toyota, seeking greater opportunities, and through hard work, perseverance and strong support from my Wife, I eventually became the General Sales Manager at Heritage Toyota Harrisburg.

Growing up, sports were the foundation of the bond between my father and me—baseball, football, golf, and basketball. However, with the demands of my career, I found it challenging to connect with my son in the same way. One day, I asked him what he enjoyed doing most. His answer: Fortnite. That simple response sparked an idea—would he enjoy building a custom gaming PC with me? Naturally, he was excited, and that moment led to something much bigger.

After building that first PC together, I realized how much I loved the process. Soon after, I built one for myself, then for my grandfather. Word spread quickly, and before long, others were asking for custom builds. In 2022, what began as a bonding experience became something official—Lafferty Labs PCs was born.
